We’re looking for a skilled and compassionate videographer/photographer to capture a special family event in honor of my father’s 1-year memorial. This will be a heartfelt and joyful gathering with about 40 people, including food, singing, games, and speeches. Event Details: Date: Saturday, May 3rd, 2025 Time: 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM (4 hours) Location: Lawrenceville, Georgia Guests: Approximately 40 people Scope of Work: Record video footage of the full event, focusing on key moments like speeches, performances, and interactions. Take high-quality candid and posed photos throughout the event. (Can do without if cheaper quote) Create a 3–5 minute video highlight reel capturing the essence and emotions of the day. (Can do without if cheaper quote) Deliver all raw footage and photos along with the edited highlight video. Ideal Candidate: Experienced with event videography and photography Has their own professional equipment (camera, audio, lighting if needed) Able to work respectfully and unobtrusively in a family setting Good with capturing both posed and candid moments Comfortable with editing and storytelling in highlight videos Please include samples of past event work (especially similar types of gatherings if possible), your rate, and any questions you may have.
