Video and audiotape conference speech, LA, mid-June

I will give a 45 minute long speech at the VidCon 2025 conference in the Anaheim Convention Center, LA sometime between June 18-21. I do not yet know the exact date. I would like this speech to be video and audiotaped. Videotape preferably from 2 angles: one wider and one narrower angle. The desired output is the raw audio and video footage - I am happy to edit the raw footage myself. I am looking for previous conference video tape experience.
