We are looking for an expert Conversational AI Agent Developer to join our team and lead the development of intelligent conversational agents using OpenAI's reasoning models on the Azure cloud platform. This position will focus on leveraging cutting-edge AI technologies to design, implement, and optimize AI-powered conversational agents that can intelligently respond to user queries by accessing structured data stored in SQL databases. You will work with cross-functional teams to create scalable, high-performance conversational systems, utilizing OpenAI's reasoning models to improve the efficiency, accuracy, and relevance of responses across a range of applications. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and deploy conversational AI agents using OpenAI models (GPT-3/4, etc.) integrated into the Azure ecosystem. Work with structured data from SQL databases to provide intelligent, context-aware responses. Fine-tune OpenAI's models for reinforcement learning to improve agent performance over time. Optimize conversational AI agents to handle real-time interactions and provide dynamic, personalized responses. Develop and maintain backend systems, ensuring seamless integration of AI agents with existing databases and APIs. Collaborate with stakeholders to define the AI agent's scope, objectives, and performance metrics. Ensure the conversational AI agent adheres to best practices in terms of scalability, reliability, and security. Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues related to the performance and accuracy of the conversational AI system. Continuously analyze performance data to recommend and implement improvements for the system. Required Skills & Qualifications: Expertise in Conversational AI: Experience developing conversational AI systems, preferably using OpenAI's models such as GPT-3/4. SQL Database Knowledge: Strong experience working with structured data from SQL databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server). Programming Languages: Proficiency in Python, with a focus on AI/ML libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch), and experience with backend technologies like Node.js or C# (for Azure). Cloud Platforms: Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure, including Azure Cognitive Services, Azure Functions, and integration with cloud-based data solutions. Reinforcement Learning: Familiarity with reinforcement learning principles and experience fine-tuning AI models for specific tasks, such as using OpenAI's Gym or other RL frameworks. Database Querying: Expertise in SQL query writing, optimizing complex queries, and integrating data-driven decision-making processes into AI systems. API Integration: Experience integrating third-party APIs into AI systems to pull data and enhance the conversational agent’s knowledge base. Version Control: Familiarity with Git for version control and collaboration. Problem-Solving and Critical Thinking: Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to solve complex technical problems in real-time. Preferred Skills: Experience with Azure AI Services: Familiarity with Azure AI services such as Azure Bot Service, Language Understanding (LUIS), or Azure Cognitive Search. Natural Language Processing (NLP): Experience with NLP concepts, techniques, and libraries such as SpaCy or NLTK. CI/CD Pipelines: Experience setting up and maintaining continuous integration/continuous deployment pipelines for machine learning models. Data Processing and Optimization: Skills in data preprocessing, cleaning, and optimization for AI model input.
