Job Overview We are looking for a highly skilled and creative Framer Website Developer who is proficient in building responsive, visually stunning websites using Framer. This role involves real-time collaboration with our Creative Director, who will provide detailed, section-by-section and page-by-page instructions, including content and strategic direction. You will be responsible for translating these instructions into functional, high-performing websites for multiple clients. This is an ongoing role, with the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, cranking out websites for Klicker’s clients. The majority of the work will involve live, collaborative sessions to ensure alignment with the creative vision and client expectations. Responsibilities Build and customize responsive websites using Framer, adhering to provided designs, content, and strategic guidelines. Collaborate in real-time with the Creative Director via video calls, screen-sharing, or other collaborative tools to implement section-by-section and page-by-page instructions. Ensure websites are optimized for performance, SEO, and cross-browser compatibility. Integrate third-party tools, APIs, or CMS as needed for client projects. Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues during the development process. Provide input on Framer best practices to enhance workflows and deliverables. Deliver projects on time while maintaining high standards of quality and attention to detail. Requirements Expertise in Framer: Proven experience building websites using Framer, with a strong portfolio showcasing responsive, visually appealing Framer projects. Real-Time Collaboration Skills: Comfortable working in live, collaborative sessions, taking direction, and implementing feedback on the fly. Web Development Knowledge: Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern web development principles. Design Sensibility: Ability to interpret and execute creative direction with precision, ensuring alignment with branding and aesthetic goals. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work seamlessly with a Creative Director in a fast-paced environment. Reliability: Strong time management and organizational skills to handle multiple client projects and meet deadlines. Tools: Familiarity with collaboration tools like Zoom, Slack, or Figma for real-time communication and asset sharing. Availability: Flexible availability for regular, ongoing work, including live sessions during agreed-upon hours. Preferred Qualifications Experience working with creative agencies or on client-facing projects. Familiarity with integrating CMS platforms (e.g., Webflow CMS, Airtable, or Framer’s native CMS).
