Project Overview We are looking for a skilled Chrome Extension Developer to help build an innovative AI-powered medication search tool. This tool will deliver medication side effects in real-time. The project involves frontend and backend development, API integrations. Responsibilities Develop a Chrome extension with a clean and intuitive user interface. Implement features for quick search of medicines side effects in real-time results from trusted sources. Deliver a bug-free ZIP file containing the entire Chrome extension and ready for upload on the the Chrome Web store. The actual upload will be performed by other person. Additional Features Prompt Structure Output: Create a login and a simple back end to favorite searches. Provide inline text assistance tailored to the medication name. User Accounts and Favorites: Implement a login system with a simple backend. Allow users to save and organize searches. Requirements Proven experience in developing Chrome extensions. Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS. Experience with frontend frameworks like React.js or Vue.js. Familiarity with backend technologies such as Node.js or Python. Experience integrating third-party APIs (e.g., OpenAI API, Claude API, Gemini API). Knowledge of real-time collaboration tools (e.g., WebSocket, Firebase Realtime Database). Understanding of user authentication and role-based access control. Ability to write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code. Preferred Qualifications Experience with Firebase or similar cloud-based databases. Familiarity with AI tools and prompt engineering. Previous experience building collaboration or productivity tools.
