Change announcement bar color on Shopify site without changing check out buttons and other links.

I need to change my promotion bar color to black but when I do it changes my check out buttons to black and makes them not visible with my already black background. I need someone who can custom the coding to change just the promo bar In the header to black with white text without affecting any other features like the “add to cart” button I want to leave all of that yellow.
