Description: We’re seeking a highly reliable and responsive Content Manager to join our team. You’ll play a key role in ensuring our content—produced at a high volume—makes it onto our website and potentially our clients’ websites with speed and precision. Acting almost as an editor, you’ll perform quick quality checks, ensure consistency, and catch any errors before content goes live. Key Responsibilities: Upload and manage content on our website and occasionally client sites. Conduct fast, thorough quality checks for accuracy, tone, and formatting. Collaborate with our team to maintain a smooth content pipeline. Ensure visual alignment with an eye for design (no design skills required, just a strong sense of aesthetics). Requirements: Proven experience managing or editing content (please share samples or links). Exceptional reliability and responsiveness—deadlines are tight, and we need someone we can count on. Strong attention to detail and a knack for spotting issues quickly. Prior experience with beehiiv Basic understanding of website CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Squarespace, etc.). Bonus: Experience with SEO or content scheduling tools. We’re a fast-moving team producing a ton of content, so you’ll need to thrive in a dynamic environment and turn things around quickly.
