We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented freelancer to support the design, formatting, and copy refinement of Bi-Monthly corporate newsletter. The audience includes internal leadership and external partners, so tone, clarity, and presentation are critical. Scope: Format a clean, mobile-friendly newsletter layout Apply consistent branding (logo, fonts, colors provided) Polish and refine provided copy for tone, grammar, and clarity Optional: light graphic design (charts, icons, etc.) Deliver final email version ready for platform (Mailchimp, HubSpot, etc.) Requirements: Proven experience designing professional newsletters Strong English writing and editing skills Familiarity with email marketing platforms Attention to detail and ability to follow brand guidelines Samples of similar work are required Nice to Have: Experience working with executives or B2B communications Design experience in Canva or Adobe Ability to suggest structure or content improvements
