Xenforo: Bulk User Import, User Deletion, and applying to user groups

I'm outlining the tasks for this project, which should be pretty small as bulletpoints below: - Delete any user that has not validated their account in XF - Bulk import roughly 30k contacts from Wix into XF (I have these in CSV files, which include email, FN, LN - Before the bulk importation occurs, the developer will need to see if any of the emails already exist within XF already, and if they do, then they should be removed from the Wix contact file as we don't want to overwrite an existing user - Once the bulk importation occurs, these users will need to have their user state set to "Valid". They should also be applied to the primary user group of "Registered". - A generic password should be set for all users, effectively, these users will need to rely on a password reset in order to login - test the solution and verify all of the above steps and logic has been applied.
