Website Designer Needed for Premium Art-Based Experiences Business We are looking for a talented website designer to build a visually striking, premium website for a business that creates high-end, immersive art-based experiences. This is not a basic template site—we need someone who can design with sophistication, personality, and a strong sense of style. Project Scope - Platform: Built on Squarespace or Instant.so and published to Shopify, as these platforms will be used for ongoing updates. - Timeline: Two-week turnaround from the start of the project. - Design Style: The site should feel high-end yet playful, sophisticated yet immersive. We don’t want a predictable, generic layout—it should have an intentional aesthetic with strong type selection and layout choices. - Visual Direction: We will provide a mood board with loose direction to guide the style, but we are looking for someone who excels at setting a distinct, cohesive visual tone since we do not have a logo designed yet. Key Functionality - Client Booking System: Customers need to be able to book and pay for experiences directly on the site. - Sign-Up Functionality: Users should be able to register for updates, join events, and request specific venues. - Interactive Map Integration: A map of our pop-up locations and upcoming experiences should be included. What We’ll Provide - Copy Document: The majority of the site’s copy is already written. - Mood Board & Direction: A loose creative guide to help define the aesthetic. - Placeholder Imagery: Temporary visuals for layout purposes (final images will be shot later). Ideal Candidate - Proficient in Squarespace or Instant.so, with the ability to publish to Shopify. - Strong understanding of typography and layout, since we do not have a logo yet, the type selection and overall design must carry the brand’s identity. - Experience designing for premium, experience-driven brands. - Can create a dynamic, immersive layout that feels intentional—not just blocks of text and images. - Comfortable setting up booking functionality and interactive maps. ### Additional Opportunity If you also design logos and would like to take on the brand identity after the site, let us know in your application.
