About the Role We’re looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Social Media Manager with a background in the beauty or salon industry to join our team as a part-time contractor. This is a high-growth role designed to transition into a full-time position within 3–4 months as our client base continues to expand. In this role, you’ll lead client onboarding, create personalized strategies, oversee a small group of content creators, and ensure the highest level of quality and brand alignment in all content. You’ll also play a key part in scaling internal systems and shaping the future of Glammatic. What to Expect • Start as a part-time contractor, working 10-15 hours per week. • Transition to full-time within 3–4 months based on performance and growth. • Work remotely with a creative, driven team. • Opportunity to lead, mentor, and help shape content strategy for a growing agency. Key Responsibilities: 1. Client Onboarding and Strategy Development - Lead onboarding calls and guide new clients through our process. - Create custom social strategies aligned with brand voice and goals. - Educate clients on timelines, expectations, and review cycles. 2. Team Management and Mentorship - Manage and support a team of 5+ content creators. - Provide regular feedback, training, and best practices. - Encourage creativity, consistency, and growth among the team. 3. Content Review and Quality Assurance - Review up to 40 client content batches weekly. - Use internal checklists to assess copy, hashtags, visuals, and brand alignment. - Track revisions using Monday.com and ensure timely delivery. 4. Client Communication and External Review - Oversee content approval cycles and incorporate client feedback. - Provide regular updates, reminders, and strategic input. Shadow client communications early on, then gradually lead interactions. 5. Analytical Reporting and Strategic Recommendations - Monitor content performance through Cloud Campaign. - Present data-backed recommendations to improve results. - Support client growth through content refinement and creative direction. Qualifications: - 2+ years in social media management, with 1+ year in a leadership or review role. - Beauty/salon industry experience is required. - Familiar with tools like Monday.com, Slack, Cloud Campaign, and Meta Business Suite. - Confident leading a creative team and managing client communication. - Highly organized with a strong eye for detail and brand consistency. - Analytical mindset and passion for strategic content development.
