Hi. We need a copywriter. But not just any copywriter. We need a copywriter who knows B2B/venture/etc. — someone who knows who Nick Huber and Hormozi are without having to look it up. Our company helps fast-growing companies build elite offshore teams across sales, marketing, and operations. Think: Head of Growth, Account Managers, COOs — not virtual assistants. Our clients are VCs, founders, and operators who move fast and don’t need hand-holding. We’re growing fast and need a copywriter who gets it. About You: You’re not a “content creator.” You’re a sharp, strategic copywriter who lives in the B2B ecosystem — not just professionally, but socially. You speak fluent founder. You know what KPIs, OKRs, and EBITDA mean — and you care. You’re probably subscribed to Sweaty Startup and have strong opinions about pricing models, CAC payback, and sales-led vs. product-led growth. You write like a human, not like ChatGPT. You’re allergic to fluff. You can ghostwrite as a CEO without sounding like you're building some loser Substack newsletter. Your tone is direct, punchy, and smart. No clichés. No LinkedIn mush. What You’ll Be Doing • Paid Ads: Write scroll-stopping Meta, LinkedIn, and Twitter ads that speak to CEOs and VPs in under 200 characters. • Organic Content: Turn raw insights into threads, carousels, and short-form posts that feel native to each platform. • Lead Magnets: Help us create reports and downloads that actually get read — not just downloaded and ignored. • Ghostwriting: You’ll help write as our CEO (and possibly some clients), so you’ll need to match tone and voice perfectly — biting, confident, with just enough humor to land the punch. Must-Haves • Native English speaker • Deep understanding of B2B, SaaS, and VC • Ability to write for a CEO audience — think Series A-C, private equity-backed, 20–200 employees • Know who Nick Huber, Hormozi, Andrew Gazdecki, and Justin Welsh are — and what they actually talk about • Obsessive about clarity and conversion • Comfortable taking messy voice notes or Looms and turning them into crisp, structured output • Familiarity with marketing funnels and GTM strategy • Strong opinions on copy — and open to feedback without ego Nice-to-Haves • Past work in staffing, SaaS, or b2b services • Experience ghostwriting for CEOs or influencers • Light design skills for carousel direction (we have designers, but briefs matter)
