Technical Curriculum Developer – Build Partner Certification Courses and Documentation for Scalable AI Platform (Full-Time, Remote) We’re looking for an experienced Technical Curriculum Developer to create clear, engaging, and highly effective training materials and documentation for our AI-powered platform. As we expand our product for resale through Value-Added Resellers (VARs), this role will be critical in developing structured, certifiable training courses that help VARs confidently understand, manage, and deliver our modules to end clients. You’ll also be responsible for producing system documentation, user-facing guides, and internal process walkthroughs using tools like Scribe and other documentation platforms. Your work will drive product adoption, partner success, internal efficiency, and overall customer trust. Key Responsibilities Develop comprehensive, modular training programs for our application’s features, services, and integrations Write technical training guides, instructional materials, quizzes, certification assessments, and knowledge checks Use tools like Scribe to build step-by-step visual guides for internal workflows, product walkthroughs, and system operations Create and maintain documentation that supports product usage, partner onboarding, and internal operations Collaborate with product, engineering, and support teams to deeply understand features and translate them into clear, teachable content Structure content into clear learning paths, starting from onboarding through certification Maintain and update materials as the platform evolves and new modules are released Design content that enables VARs to become certified in specific modules and qualified to implement and manage those modules for end users Ensure content is digestible for both technical and semi-technical audiences Work with marketing and partner success teams to ensure training aligns with brand tone and strategic goals Required Skills and Experience 3+ years of experience in technical writing, instructional design, or curriculum development for software platforms Experience designing certification-level training content for technical products or services Strong understanding of SaaS applications, APIs, workflows, and end-user training needs Ability to break down complex systems into step-by-step, teachable content Hands-on experience using Scribe or similar tools for creating documentation and training materials Excellent written communication and content structuring skills Ability to collaborate across departments and work independently to hit deadlines Experience with LMS tools, video script writing, or digital training platforms a plus Bonus Skills Background working with VARs, MSPs, or channel partners Experience building certifications or partner onboarding programs Familiarity with AI-powered products, automation tools, or CRM platforms Ability to create basic visuals, diagrams, or screen recordings to supplement documentation Requirements Freelancers only (no agencies) Must commit to full-time or near full-time availability Available to collaborate across US and Pakistan time zones Must provide a portfolio or samples of technical training and documentation work Next Steps To apply, please include: Examples of technical training content, certification material, or documentation you’ve written or designed A short description of how you would structure a 3-part certification module for a SaaS product’s onboarding, advanced usage, and support delivery A link to your portfolio, or attach samples of previous work We’re looking for someone who can turn powerful technology into scalable, certifiable partner success and clear, useful documentation.
