We’re looking for a highly skilled and imaginative 3D Designer who knows their way around Cinema 4D, Blender, and other top-tier 3D tools. Whether it’s hyper-real product renders, stylized concept environments, or experimental motion graphics, we need someone who can bring visual ideas to life with precision and flair. If you’re fluent in modeling, texturing, lighting, and rendering—and can adapt your workflow across different platforms—we’d love to collaborate. What You’ll Do: Design and render high-quality 3D assets, environments, or animations for branding, product showcases, and marketing visuals Work closely with our creative and technical teams to translate ideas into fully-realized 3D scenes Optimize assets for various formats (web, video, AR/VR, etc.) Stay current with trends and tools in 3D design and animation Required Expertise: Proficiency in Cinema 4D (bonus if experienced with Redshift, Octane, or Arnold) Proficiency in Blender (Cycles, Eevee, geometry nodes, etc.) Strong understanding of lighting, materials, and rendering workflows Ability to model both stylized and photorealistic assets Solid experience with UV mapping, rigging (optional), and scene optimization Bonus: familiarity with Unreal Engine, Houdini, or 3D pipeline automation tools Nice to Have: Experience creating assets for AI image/video generation tools Comfort with motion design principles and compositing in After Effects or Nuke Knowledge of USD/ZBrush/Substance workflows Project Scope: Initial engagement will focus on building a visual library of modular 3D elements and hero renders for a new product campaign. Future work could include motion graphics and interactive 3D content.
