We are seeking a highly experienced and credentialed Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) and Oracle WebCenter Migration Subject Matter Expert (SME) to lead and support a large-scale modernization initiative for a municipal government agency. The selected SME will play a critical role in architecting, executing, and overseeing the end-to-end upgrade and migration of legacy Oracle WebCenter systems to Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), with a strong focus on security, compliance, performance, and data integrity. Expertise Required: - Oracle WebCenter and cloud infrastructure, with hands-on experience in public sector environments. - Proven ability to design and advise on secure, scalable, and compliant cloud architectures across multiple environments. - Deep understanding of migration best practices, including phased transitions, automation, data validation, and minimizing downtime. -Experience in infrastructure design, metadata governance, and system integration across complex application landscapes. -Knowledge of public sector compliance standards (e.g., FedRAMP, FISMA) and cloud security frameworks. -Ability to work cross-functionally with infrastructure, cybersecurity, and development teams, and to deliver clear architecture documentation and strategic guidance.
