We’re looking for a highly skilled Senior React Developer to join our team and help build modern, scalable web applications. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain high-quality, scalable React applications Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to deliver features end-to-end Write clean, reusable, and well-tested code Optimize components for maximum performance across a range of devices and browsers Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback Help mentor junior developers and contribute to the overall growth of the engineering team Requirements: 5+ years of experience in front-end development 3+ years of hands-on experience with React.js Proficient in JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3 Deep understanding of React hooks, state management (e.g. Redux, Zustand, Recoil), and modern UI patterns Experience with RESTful APIs and integration with backend services Familiarity with testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library) Knowledge of modern build tools (Webpack, Vite, Babel) Experience working with Git and CI/CD pipelines Strong problem-solving and communication skills Nice to Have: Experience with Next.js, GraphQL, or server-side rendering (SSR) Familiarity with UI libraries like Material UI, Tailwind CSS, or Ant Design Experience in Agile/Scrum environments Backend knowledge (Node.js, Firebase, or similar) Perks: Flexible remote work Opportunity to work on meaningful, high-impact projects Collaborative and fast-paced startup environment Competitive compensation
