Need to convert web-based PWA to app for Android and iOS, submit to stores

I've built a web-based app that works fine on its own. I do not need it to be a native app, some form of WebView app that merely points to my app's site is all I need. I am open to including functionality that will help get it approved on the Apple and Play stores. I also need guidance and help in submitting to the these two app stores under my company. I don't have any experience with app stores at all. This app takes photos and logs locations, but the web does that just fine. I don't need notifications or anything beyond what the site does. The PWA is done in Node.js with EJS for views and SQL Server for data, hosted on Ubuntu behind Nginx. IMPORTANT: Use of the app is subscription (B2B SaaS) based. Will I be required to use Google's and/or Apple's in app purchase. How does all that work? Some questions: 1. Use of the app is a B2B SaaS subscription model. I'll be curious if I have to pay any commissions to the app stores? I've heard that I'll need to use Google Payments for this for Android? How about Apple, do I need to use their in-app purchase system? 1B. If so... I currently use Stripe. Is there an easy way to merge Google Payments (and/or Apple's system) into my Stripe-based system? How about Apple? 1C. What other costs will I incur (DUNS number, etc.) along the way? 2. How long (paid hours and time until finished) will it take to build the app for both Android and iOS? 2B. How long (paid hours and time until finished) will it take for you to do the submission work. Would it be easy for me to do some of the work? 3. Are there any concerns in being rejected by either of these stores? What can you do to ensure I get approved on both? 4. Is there anything I am overlooking (as I've never done this before, but I've built many web-based applications.)
