Head of E-Commerce & Digital Growth for Scalable Beauty Brand Overview: We are a fast-scaling, founder-led beauty and wellness brand. We’re looking for a U.S.-based, strategic e-commerce leader to serve as Head of E-Commerce & Digital Revenue. This is a contract-to-hire role responsible for driving digital revenue across Shopify, Amazon, TikTok Shop, and retail.com. The ideal candidate has deep experience in DTC channels, omnichannel growth, and CPG or beauty brands. Compensation & Role Structure - Contract-to-Hire: 40 hours/week - Monthly Range: $8,000/month - On-Target Earnings (OTE) may include bonus based on channel performance or defined revenue milestones - Future opportunity to convert to full-time with competitive salary and benefits - U.S.-based, remote role - Includes PTO (15 days); benefits may be introduced upon permanent hire KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Shopify (Full Ownership) • Oversee end-to-end performance of the Shopify store with full accountability for revenue, retention, AOV, and CRO • Manage site UX, conversion strategies, A/B testing, and mobile optimization • Own Klaviyo flows and email segmentation strategies for lifecycle marketing • Align SEO, content, and promotions with brand and revenue goals Amazon (Agency Oversight) • Collaborate with external Amazon agency to optimize listings, ads, and strategy • Monitor performance metrics, inventory, and spend; identify areas for improvement • Drive insights and accountability through regular reporting; track against goals TikTok Shop (Partner Management) • Coordinate with TikTok Shop agency partner to support campaign launches, influencer activations, and performance analysis • Monitor fulfillment, customer experience, and alignment with brand strategy • Review campaign data and optimize ROI for growth Retail.com (Target.com & Digital Shelf) • Oversee retail.com presence (Target.com) in partnership with broker and agency teams • Track performance data and ensure digital shelf content and paid media is optimized for conversion • Partner with finance and media to align spend with ROI Cross-Channel Analytics & Reporting • Build and manage unified dashboards to track KPIs across Shopify, Amazon, TikTok, and retail.com • Present insights in recurring meetings with the CEO, CFO, and CBO • Recommend data-informed strategies to improve channel-level and total digital revenue Qualifications • 7-10+ years in DTC e-commerce, ideally with CPG, beauty, or wellness brands; Proven experience and revenue ownership across multiple digital platforms • Deep Shopify experience, including CRO, SEO, PDPs, site strategy, campaign execution, and retention marketing strategy • Experience collaborating with and managing external agency partners across paid media, Amazon, or influencer activations • Comfort working directly with C-suite and reporting on KPIs tied to growth and performance • Strong communication, cross-functional leadership, and strategic decision-making skills • Strong understanding of omnichannel growth and digital operations • Analytical mindset with proven ability to turn data into insight and strategy • Background in retention, performance marketing, and digital growth strategy Tools & Platforms • Shopify + Klaviyo • Amazon Seller Central • TikTok Shop • Meta & Google Ads (analytics, performance tracking) • Digital shelf tools (Profitero, Stackline, Edge, or similar) • Slack, Notion, G-Suite, Asana Role Details • Location: U.S.-based only (remote) • Type: Contract-to-hire 40 hours/week • Compensation: $8,000/month depending on experience, with the potential to convert to a full-time leadership role
