This is a contract-to-hire opportunity. A small B2B Pipeline Growth agency is looking for an experienced B2B Demand Generation Account Manager to support a book of accounts. Responsibilities: Client Satisfaction: Create Raving Fans of our customers Client Success: Put yourself in our client’s shoes, hit KPIs and fulfill SOW. Manage Expectations & Manage deliverable timelines and outcomes to create a “we win together” decorum in the client relationship. Quality Assurance: Ensuring all deliverables meet Vende Digital quality standards and exceed client expectations. Strategic Consulting: Always thinking about how we can win for our client. Looking for ways to bring value-add ideas, best practices and solutions to clients. Earn Trust & Establish Authority: Ability to earn expert-level trust with C-level executives Executive Reporting and Communications (C-suite) Reporting and Data: Unearthing insights, connecting the dots between activities and business goals, and bringing clarity to client marketing data. Client Advocate and voice of the client within the Agency and with Vendors Campaign Briefs and Strategic Initiatives Required Expertise and Proven Success within at least 2 of the following fields: PPC/Display Demand Generation SEO Social Media Marketing (LinkedIn) Content Marketing Inbound Marketing Website Conversion Strategies Required Skills: Leadership Client Services Project Management Strong Verbal & Written Communication (persuasion, tact, instructional) Presentation Digital Marketing Strategy Problem-Solving Reporting: Analytics and Insights Nimble and flexible Tools: Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Google Analytics (GA4) Social Media (LinkedIn) Google AdWords Google Drive & Google Suite Hubspot (or other enterprise CRM & Marketing Automation tools)
