We’re looking for a smart, proactive, and trustworthy Virtual Assistant to help us execute and manage a comprehensive outreach strategy for a series of live women’s empowerment events happening in 2025 — including upcoming Love Breakthrough Lives in Dallas, the San Francisco Bay Area, and Atlanta. This role is about real relationship-building — not just posting or sending social media messages. You’ll be helping us connect with women’s networks, hospitals, Christian ministries, wellness organizations, and micro-influencers… and you’ll also be sourcing and coordinating guest speaking opportunities (both online and in-person) for me, Johnny Fernandez. We have the messaging and contacts ready. We just need someone to run with it and represent us clearly, professionally, and warmly — in writing, over the phone, and online. About Us: My name is Johnny Fernandez, and I’m a relationship coach. My wife, Dr. Lara Fernandez, and I run a holistic love and life coaching business where we help single professional women find true love, marriage, and family. Over the past 20 years, we’ve guided thousands of women through transformational coaching programs. Our upcoming Love Breakthrough Live events are designed to help women break through the emotional blocks keeping love out of reach—and we need your help getting more of the right women at these events. What You’ll Be Doing: *Sending outreach messages via email, Instagram DMs, Facebook groups, and contact forms *Coordinating guest speaking opportunities for Johnny (virtual and in-person) *Reaching out to women’s networks, wellness orgs, Christian ministries, hospitals, and aligned influencers *Following up with contacts and managing replies in a clean tracking sheet *Coordinating simple promotions (shoutouts, discount codes, giveaways) *Light social media support: preparing some content/graphics, posting prepared content, reminders, or announcements *Representing us professionally in written communication and occasional calls You’re Perfect for This If You: *Believe in the importance of love, marriage, and family—and want to help more women have it all *Are organized, personable, and naturally great at follow-up *Are confident reaching out to strangers and forming genuine connections *Are comfortable speaking or making calls on our behalf when needed *Appreciate working with a business that values faith, family, personal responsibility, and long-term transformation *Believe strong families are the foundation of a strong community and nation Requirements: *Fluent in English (written and spoken) *Clear communicator with strong writing and people skills *Confident in outreach, follow-up, and relationship-building *Comfortable using Gmail, Google Docs/Sheets, Instagram, and Facebook *Are located in the U.S. or can overlap at least 4 hours/day with Arizona time [we're in the Phoenix, AZ area] *Can represent us professionally in both written and spoken outreach Bonus [Nice-But-Not-Necessary] If You: *Have experience in PR, events, or speaker booking *Have worked in coaching, wellness, or faith-aligned organizations *Are familiar with GoHighLevel, Canva, or Slack Estimated Hours & Duration: *10–20 hours/week to start *to START *Runs through July 2025 minimum, with potential for more *Immediate start To Apply: Please include the following: 1.
