Drive Sales & Build Relationships: Use your charisma to foster a connection with viewers, answer questions in real time, and encourage product purchases through authentic engagement. Product Testing & Demos: Demonstrate products live to showcase benefits, application tips, and personal experiences, enhancing audience trust and relatability. Collaborate with Team: Work closely with the social media team to plan content, align on brand messaging, and prepare product information for each stream. Adapt & Innovate: Stay current on TikTok trends and incorporate popular elements (e.g., trending audio, challenges) into streams to maximize reach and engagement. Requirements: TikTok Experience: Proven experience hosting live content on TikTok, with an engaging on-camera presence. Passion for Beauty & Hair Care: Deep knowledge of and enthusiasm for hair care and clean beauty. Sales & Communication Skills: Ability to connect with viewers authentically, answer questions confidently, and encourage product purchases naturally.
