We're looking for a creative and detail-oriented Content Researcher to help us find inspiration for viral, brand-aligned content across social media platforms. Think Duolingo’s bold and culturally-tuned content — but tailored for the matcha world. What You'll Do: Research trending content across TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts Look at adjacent brands (wellness, tea, skincare, Gen Z food, etc.) for inspiration Analyze what’s working — hooks, formats, tones, trends Organize and curate links to reference content with clear notes (Google Sheets or Notion) Brainstorm how trends can be reimagined for a matcha brand. Provide weekly inspiration decks or link drops for the creative team What We’re Looking For: Strong eye for cultural moments and emerging content formats Familiarity with brands like Duolingo, Feastables, Poppi, and other voice-driven pages A love for internet humor, wellness trends, and keeping up with what's current Organized, self-directed, and efficient with research Bonus: You’ve worked in content, marketing, or social media before Trial Period: This will begin with a paid trial project to test alignment and communication. If it’s a good fit, we’re open to long-term, ongoing collaboration.
