Job Description: I’m a relational, independent real estate broker based in Santa Cruz, California. I’m reorganizing my business around relationship-based marketing (not lead buying or Zillow) and need support refreshing my online presence. I already have updated bio and mission/purpose statements written and approved. I need help implementing them across all relevant platforms where I show up. Your job will be to: - Audit where I currently appear online (LinkedIn, Google Business Profile, Realtor.com, Homes.com, Facebook Business, Social Media Platforms, etc.) - Update all bios, headlines, and about sections with my new content - Ensure brand consistency, correct formatting, and polish (some light editing may be needed to fit platform requirements) - Make note of any old or duplicate profiles that need removal or updates Required: - Excellent written English - Experience updating online profiles and bios - Familiarity with real estate platforms is a plus - Attention to tone and detail - Ability to communicate clearly and deliver updates efficiently Preferred: - Experience working with real estate professionals - Familiarity with SEO best practices and Google Business optimization Budget: Project-based. Estimated 3–5 hours. Open to hourly ($25–$45/hour) or fixed rate proposals. Timeline: Would like to begin this project within the next week.
