Help us grow newsletter subscribers with Apollo and Mailreach (or similar)

We have a few popular industry/niche publications and associated newsletters. So far, our email list growth is only done through sign up forms on our website. Our list is small despite having a fairly large amount of traffic to our website. We would like to hire someone to help us grow our email subscriber list, and we want to make sure that the new subscribers are in our industry, and actually enjoy our content and want to be receiving it. We are open to trying any strategy, but we are interested in trying the cold email strategy of using tools such as Apollo.io in combination with inbox warming tools like mailreach.co. We are looking to hire someone who would be able to first consult with us as to what a strategy might look like, and then take the reigns in implementing that strategy for a few months. We have no experience with this, and we want the subscribers we get to enjoy our content and regularly engage with it. To that end, we want to make sure that whoever we hire is able to also explain to us in detail the strategy, and also work with us to design the campaigns. Based on the strategy we were first told, we would imagine that this campaign would involve steps like this: - Warm up a few new inboxes with mailreach - Use Apollo to target people who share interests with our current subscribers - Slowly start sending emails both through the warming tool and to the new targeted cold-emails in apollo. - Send the apollo leads emails that include our current newsletter content, and ask the targeted cold emails to opt in to continue receiving our newsletter if they are enjoying it. - If they opt in, and then open another newsletter or two without unsubscribing, then we move them to our main mailing list. We would need you to be able to know: - how to create new email inboxes - how to warm up inboxes - how to use apollo effectively - when to transfer subscribers to main list - best practices regarding number of emails per day, etc. We're open to other methods of email list growth, too. To be clear, your job is to: - recommend a strategy and be able to clearly explain it to us - manage the implementation of that strategy - explain to us what we would need to do on our end - send us weekly updates Before working together, we would want to receive a complete scope of work, including: - Project stages - Timeline - expected results - budget, including: your cost to set this up, your cost to manage it once its set up, and the expected spend required on any tools such as apollo or mailreach.
