Logo Modernization and Rebranding for New Website

We are looking for a talented designer to modernize our existing logo for a walking tour business and potentially assist with overall rebranding for our new website. Here are the development notes from the web developer: We'd want one that is either a square (1x1 ratio) or a rectangle (1x1.9 ratio); ideally, you have two variations, one for each ratio. Having a negative version is also ideal for more flexibility given the context. E.g. this could be an all-white version for placement on darker color backgrounds Very important is the format of the logo. I'll need to create a SVG file for the web, and this is done from the original design files (Illustrator, EPS, Photoshop, etc.). If you have experience in logo design and rebranding projects, please apply and share your portfolio with us. Let me know your estimated costs and turnaround time. I have some ideas of my own but I would be interested in collaborative feedback.
