Product Catalog design

We are looking for an experienced graphic designer to help design professional product catalogs for our fashion and accessories brand. Catalogs vary in size, ranging anywhere from 50 to 300 pages. Scope: Design clean, organized catalog pages similar to the examples provided (see attached images). Layouts include a mix of clothing, accessories, and kids' products — each requiring slightly different formatting needs. Include product images, titles, SKUs, short descriptions, barcodes, and pricing. Must be able to make real-time edits and adjustments based on business needs (ex: product changes, additions, updates). Final files must be print-ready PDFs. Editable files for us are not required, but you must maintain working files for ongoing edits. Requirements: Strong experience designing product catalogs or lookbooks. Ability to handle both small (50-page) and large (up to 300-page) projects efficiently. Must be flexible and responsive to changes or updates during the project. Excellent eye for clean, consistent layouts that match brand aesthetic. Reliable file organization and version control. Deliverables: Print-ready PDF catalog files Working project files (Adobe InDesign or Illustrator preferred) for designer-side updates Potential for ongoing seasonal catalog updates Preferred Skills: Adobe InDesign (preferred), Illustrator, Photoshop Catalog design experience in retail, fashion, or accessories Strong communication and time management skills Timeline: First drafts typically due within 7–10 business days after project kickoff.
