We’re looking for a hands-on UI/UX Graphic Designer who can take ideas from napkin sketch to pixel perfect mockup—and make every step in between look effortless. You’ll own wire framing, high fidelity screens, and design systems for both mobile (iOS & Android) and responsive web products that reach millions of users. Our advisor-based, technology platform marketplaces service verticals including psychic guidance, health, and wellness.    What You’ll Do • Concept & Wire frame – Translate product requirements and user stories into user flows, low and mid fidelity wireframes, and clickable prototypes. • High Fidelity Mockups – Craft polished UI in Figma that developers can drop straight into implementation, complete with states, interactions, and specs. • Mobile First – Design native iOS (HIG) and Android (Material) experiences that feel perfectly at home on each platform. • Design Systems – Build and maintain scalable component libraries, pattern guidelines, and brand assets to ensure visual consistency. • Iterate with Data – Partner with Product Managers to interpret user research, analytics, and A/B test results; refine designs based on real world feedback. • Cross functional Collaboration – Work shoulder to shoulder with engineers, product owners, and marketing to ship features on time. • Graphic Support – Produce marketing visuals, illustrations, and lightweight motion assets for landing pages, emails, and social when needed. What You Bring • 5+ years professional UI/UX or product design experience (agency or in house). • Expert level Figma skills—from auto layout sorcery to interactive prototyping. • Adobe Photoshop proficiency (Illustrator or After Effects a plus). • Portfolio that demonstrates mobile app UI, responsive layouts, and clear design rationale. • Deep knowledge of typography, color theory, grid systems, accessibility, and visual hierarchy. • Familiarity with Apple Human Interface Guidelines and Google Material Design specs. • Strong communication and presentation chops—you can defend design decisions to both designers and non-designers.
