Extracting License Plate Number from Video
Hi, we are looking for someone who can slow down the below video clip to get a plate number off the car that backs into the parking spot. It's hard to see when the car pulls in but maybe easier to see when it pulls out at around 6:23pm on the video. It appears to be a temporary plate but hoping someone can still pull the number off the plate if they have a larger screen and can then blow it up and slow it down.
