Overview: I’m looking for a skilled video editor to help bring my training content to life. I shoot on a green screen and need someone to take my on-camera footage and turn it into clear, engaging, and professional videos. My content supports a personal and professional development brand, so creativity, clarity, and visual polish are key. What You'll Be Editing: Short-form videos (30 seconds – 1:30 minutes) Lecture/training content (6 – 10 minutes) Your Responsibilities: Clean up and edit green screen footage Add engaging visuals, animations, and B-roll Sync visuals with the message and tone of the content Ensure final edits are polished and optimized for online platforms (YouTube, social media) Deliver high-quality video files in a timely manner Communicate clearly and meet agreed deadlines Requirements: Proficiency with DaVinci Resolve Studio Experience editing green screen footage Strong eye for pacing, clarity, and visual storytelling Ability to add tasteful, brand-appropriate animations and transitions Comfortable collaborating via video calls to discuss projects Able to work with feedback and implement revisions quickly Nice to Have: Experience with educational or coaching/training content Motion graphics experience Interest in topics related to personal growth, leadership, or workplace development Project Scope: This is ongoing work with new videos regularly produced. We’ll start with a paid trial (1–2 short videos) to assess fit. A brief kickoff meeting will be scheduled before we begin.
