We are excited to announce a part-time Salesforce project manager opportunity Hours: 50 Hours / ~10 hours per month Must be Generally Available: 9am - 5pm PST Location: Remote (U.S. Required) Candidate Type: Individual - NO AGENCIES PLEASE Requirements: Must have worked on a Salesforce implementation project in the past. Description: We are Salesforce Consulting firm looking for a Project Manager. Below is a summary of the core responsibilities of the person in this role. -Arrange/Schedule/Manage weekly touchpoint calls, discovery schedule, design review schedule, and Salesforce training sessions -Issue meeting agendas and wrap-ups/action items -Hold client accountable for completing their action items -Monitor project utilization by milestone and resource -Prepare milestone completion documentation and arrange for sign-up -Ensure team time logs are properly attributed with our PM system -Ensure scope, milestone, and timeline adherence and monitoring for red flags -Collect and manage project archives, requirements gathering materials, documentation, and any additional resources pertaining to the project -Ensure time logs are captured promptly by other members of the team -Managing project timelines and project Gantt chart Thank you for taking the time to consider this position.
