We're looking for a sharp, experienced bookkeeper who understands the nuances of manufacturing accounting and is fluent in Infor ERP. This role supports a manufacturing company and covers a mix of monthly close tasks, AR/AP, and payroll coordination. What You’ll Be Doing: - Support monthly close: journal entries, accruals, reconciliations, and financial statement prep - Manage accounts payable (PO/invoice matching, vendor communication) and accounts receivable (invoicing, cash application, aging reports) - Assist with payroll coordination, reviews, and proper classification - Navigate Infor ERP to pull data, validate transactions, and clean up accounts - Ensure COGS, inventory movements, and work-in-progress are recorded accurately - Flag discrepancies and help maintain audit-ready financials You’re a Fit If You Have: - Strong working knowledge of Infor ERP, especially in a manufacturing environment - 3+ years of full-cycle bookkeeping experience, including close and financial statement prep - Familiarity with inventory accounting, COGS, and job costing - Experience with payroll platforms (Gusto, ADP, or similar) - Solid Excel/Google Sheets skills and comfort working with remote teams via Slack and email - High attention to detail and ownership over the accuracy of your work Bonus Points For: - Experience working with private equity-backed or multi-entity manufacturing businesses - Exposure to cost accounting or standard costing setups - Past involvement in ERP implementations, cleanup projects, or audits
