Preciso de um sistema via web que monitore, busque, faça o download, um resumo dos editais, identifique os itens de interesse com quantidade e valor estimado (caso tenha estimado). Integre com a minha agenda no macbook  e com outro sistema em paralelo que é um robô de lances automatizado.
