Green Translations, a GSA-approved language services provider, is hiring a results-driven Marketing Specialist to support our outreach to government agencies, healthcare systems, legal practices, and nonprofit organizations. We provide culturally fluent, remote interpretation and translation services. This is a remote, part-time (30 hours/week) role, with the opportunity to grow into a full-time position within 30–60 days, based on performance. What You’ll Do: Outreach Campaigns: Launch cold email and SMS campaigns using Mailchimp targeting law firms, clinics, insurance providers, and state/county agencies Lead Management: Track, tag, and follow up with leads using Google Sheets (CRM not required) Sales Calls: Initiate and qualify leads using provided cold-call scripts and schedule calls with decision-makers Marketing Execution: Build and schedule email and SMS campaigns using branded templates and assets Performance Reporting: Analyze campaign metrics, optimize messaging, and prepare weekly performance summaries Platform Use: Work with Mailchimp, Gmail, Google Sheets, and Google Meet; optional training available for SmrtPhone Daily Rhythm: Submit daily briefing summaries and end-of-day takeaways; participate in weekly team calls Qualifications: Minimum of 2 years experience in outbound B2B marketing, sales coordination, or agency outreach Strong written and spoken English communication skills (Spanish a plus) Ability to work independently and reliably in a remote environment Availability during Pacific Time working hours Access to a laptop/desktop, high speed internet connection, noise-canceling headset, and quiet work area required. Compensation and Incentives: Hourly rate based on experience, paid weekly through Upwork Performance-based Monthly and Quarterly commissions on closed contracts: - Up to 5% commission for new outreach-driven contracts - Bi-Annual team bonuses based on company revenue performance Training period is fully paid.
