Need Sales and Marketing for my Social Media app SalesPitch

I have a social Media app where sales professionals or influencers can rate their sales skills, it's up on apple and android app stores. It's called SalesPitch https://salespitch.app/ I have no problem, with google ads, apple ads, facebook and reddit. I can get $0.08 a click and about $3-5 for an install, but I can't get people to upload videos. Maybe it's just a bad app, but I was at least hoping that people would trying it out when they download it. I've had about 50 people install it and they're all shy and not using it. I can always improve the targeting and UI of the ad, but I'm more looking to find someone who can distribute this to groups of influencers that are not shy about posting their video online and trying it out. Possibly I could be looking for a business partner if you like this idea, but I need a new direction or just kill the app.
