We are seeking a U.S.-based web designer to build a single-scroll, high-conversion landing page for a confidential advocacy campaign. The site’s purpose is to drive users to an official government portal, where they can check if they are owed unclaimed funds. The style and structure will be similar to a class action settlement website — clean, direct, and designed to create urgency around a single call to action. This page will feature: A bold headline and subhead One primary CTA (e.g., “Find Your Money”) that links externally A short message reinforcing the ease of action Footer-level social share buttons and hashtag instructions A minimal top-left hamburger menu linking to a separate “About This Project” page The site should be text-first, not image-heavy, and optimized for mobile and desktop.
