We are seeking a creative and organized Marketing Event Manager to lead the planning, execution, and promotion of events that elevate our brand and drive business objectives. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong project management skills and a passion for delivering memorable experiences that engage target audiences. The Marketing Event Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure events align with marketing goals, stay within budget, and deliver measurable results. Key Responsibilities Event Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive event marketing plans that align with company goals, including conferences, trade shows, promotional events, and experiential campaigns. Execution: Oversee all aspects of event logistics, including venue selection, vendor coordination, budgeting, timeline management, and on-site supervision. Marketing & Promotion: Create compelling event messaging, promotional materials, and campaigns across digital, social, and traditional channels to maximize attendance and engagement. Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, sales, and creative teams to ensure brand consistency and seamless event delivery. Budget Management: Manage event budgets, negotiate contracts with vendors, and ensure cost-effective execution without compromising quality. Performance Analysis: Track event metrics (e.g., attendance, lead generation, ROI), conduct post-event evaluations, and provide actionable insights for future improvements. Stakeholder Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with sponsors, partners, vendors, and internal teams to support event success. Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, or a related field. Experience: 3-5 years of experience in event planning, marketing, or a similar role, preferably in a B2B or B2C environment. Skills: Proven project management and organizational abilities, with the capacity to handle multiple events simultaneously. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, for crafting marketing content and coordinating with stakeholders. Creative problem-solving and attention to detail. Proficiency in event management software (e.g., Eventbrite, Cvent) and marketing tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce). Familiarity with digital marketing, social media promotion, and analytics. Additional Requirements: Willingness to travel as needed for events and ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends during event periods.
