SEO Manager & Project Manager About Us: We’re a results-driven digital marketing agency working with clients across industries to drive traffic, increase visibility, and improve search rankings. We're seeking a detail-oriented SEO Manager to join our team on a part-time basis and lead strategic implementation across multiple accounts. Role Overview: As our SEO Manager, you’ll oversee SEO-related tasks, ensure project timelines are met, track performance, and serve as the main point of contact for SEO updates. You’ll manage internal team members and communicate results and strategy clearly to clients. Responsibilities: Manage and assign weekly SEO tasks to the internal team Monitor progress and ensure timely project execution Analyze performance data from GA4, Google Search Console, and other tools Draft and send weekly client update emails (including completed, in-progress, and upcoming tasks) Optimize on-page SEO elements (meta tags, internal links, headers, etc.) Coordinate content, citations, and backlink strategies Attend or provide updates for occasional client calls or strategy sessions Qualifications: 2+ years of experience in SEO management Strong understanding of GA4, GSC, SEMrush/Ahrefs, and similar tools Excellent communication and reporting skills Familiarity with WordPress, Webflow, or Shopify a plus Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects Nice to Have: Experience managing a small SEO or content team Agency experience working with multiple clients Familiarity with tools like Slack, ClickUp, and Loom To Apply: Send your resume, a short note explaining your SEO experience, and links to results or case studies (if available) with a subject line: SEO Manager Application
