Marketing Events and Training Content Manager

We’re looking for a creative, organized, and proactive Events and Training Manager to join our marketing team. This role is responsible for developing and delivering engaging training content for our community of financial advisors, managing enablement programs and events, and fostering a thriving advisor community. You will be the connective tissue between product, marketing, and our advisor network—ensuring our advisors are equipped, empowered, and inspired to succeed using Currence. Key Responsibilities: Enablement Content & Training - Design, develop, and maintain onboarding and ongoing training materials for financial advisors (videos, guides, webinars, toolkits, etc.) - Translate complex product and market concepts into clear, actionable learning resources - Create scalable processes and templates to support regular updates to training materials as the product evolves Program Management - Own the end-to-end execution of training programs and events (live and virtual), including webinars, certification programs, and advisor meetups - Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success to align messaging and ensure timely content delivery - Track and measure the effectiveness of enablement initiatives; continuously optimize based on advisor feedback and engagement data Community Management - Manage and grow our advisor community channels (Slack, forums, events, etc.) - Facilitate engagement, discussions, and content sharing among advisors - Surface insights and feedback from the community to help guide product and marketing strategies Who You Are: - 3–5 years of experience in sales enablement, training, marketing, or community roles—ideally in fintech, SaaS, or financial services - A strong storyteller and instructional designer with a knack for creating engaging, digestible content - Excellent program/project management skills—you can juggle multiple initiatives, stakeholders, and deadlines with ease - Confident hosting live events (webinars, panels, workshops) and comfortable being client-facing - Self-starter with a builder mindset—you're excited to create structure, not just manage it - Passionate about empowering others and driving community engagement Bonus Points If You: - Have experience working with financial advisors or within the wealth management ecosystem - Are familiar with tools like HubSpot, Intercom, Notion, Zoom, and LMS platforms - Have worked in a fast-paced startup or high-growth environment
