We are seeking a skilled Public Relations Specialist to help us enhance our brand's visibility and reputation. We are a company in the Travel Industry and have a great showing in the Travel trade but we are looking to make a breakthrough in the consumer trade as well! The ideal candidate will have experience in media outreach, content creation, and can write press releases. You will work closely with our team to develop PR strategies that align with our business goals. Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships with journalists and influencers are essential. Key responsibilities may include but are not limited to: • Media Relations: Build and maintain media lists; pitch and secure media coverage; manage media inquiries • Content Creation: Draft and distribute press releases, bylined articles, and other editorial content • Media Training: Prepare executives and spokespeople for interviews and public speaking opportunities • Strategic Planning: Develop and execute integrated PR strategies and campaigns • Event Support: Assist with media engagement at our Conference Event in November. • Reporting: Provide regular performance metrics, media tracking, and reporting insights If you are passionate about storytelling and have a proven track record in public relations, we want to hear from you!
