We are organizing a two-day, in-person leadership retreat in June 2025 and are seeking a highly skilled facilitator or someone who is ToP® (Technology of Participation) Certified Facilitator to serve as the lead facilitator for the full event. This retreat will bring together approximately 75–100 professionals in leadership roles in Public Health. The retreat is designed to strengthen leadership skills, enhance cross-functional collaboration, and provide time for reflection, relationship-building, and strategic thinking. Facilitator Role Includes: Leading all large-group facilitation throughout both days Opening and closing the retreat, and setting tone/energy for the event Managing group engagement, transitions, and reflective exercises Supporting and integrating breakout session flow Working closely with the internal planning team before the event to align facilitation approach with retreat goals Ideal Candidate Qualifications: ToP® Certified Facilitator (strongly desired) Experience facilitating full-day or multi-day leadership retreats or large events Skilled at managing group energy, creating space for reflection, and encouraging collaboration across diverse teams Comfortable facilitating groups of 75–100 participants at the leadership or managerial level Local to the retreat location (Baltimore, MD) Willing to attend virtual prep meetings and co-design facilitation points with the planning team Retreat Details: Dates: June 4–5, 2025 Location: Baltimore, MD Daily Schedule: Approx. 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM (Day 1) and 9:00AM – 3:00 PM (Day 2) Audience: Professional leaders in Public Health Core Focus Areas: Team Building & Collaboration Leadership Development Strategic Planning & Vision Setting Relationship-Building and Cross-Team Connection To Apply, Please Include: A short statement outlining your facilitation experience and approach Confirmation of ToP® Certification or not and relevant training history A sample retreat agenda or leadership session you’ve led (or similar portfolio item) Any available testimonials, website, or video links showcasing your work
