We're looking for Subject Matter Experts to support clients as needed: - Former CHRO/CPOs are strongly encouraged. - Provide expertise on topics such as talent acquisition, succession planning, leadership development, and organizational culture. - Act as a professional coach, guiding clients' executives and employees to enhance their leadership skills, performance, and overall effectiveness. - Conduct assessments and analyses to identify gaps and opportunities within clients' talent management strategies. - Develop and deliver training programs related to talent management and leadership development. - Stay updated on industry trends and best practices, integrating new knowledge into client recommendations. - Familiarity/experience with organizations headquartered in: CO, DC, DE, MA, MD, NC, SC, TN, VA Desired KSAs: In-depth knowledge of strategic talent management areas. - Experience in consulting and coaching methodologies. - Ability to translate expertise into actionable client strategies. Communication and Facilitation: - Excellent presentation skills for delivering training and consulting sessions. - Active listening skills to understand clients' needs. Continuous Learning: - Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and best practices. - Willingness to enhance coaching and consulting skills.
