NCARB recognized architecture license. 3. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from a NAAB-accredited program. Preferences 1. Architect has experience in the D.C. And/or D.C. Metropolitan area 2. Architect is familiar with land use laws and surveying 3. Architect has prior experience with this type of work and can share a some prior work examples
