Consultant: Unreal Engine using FreeD Virtual Studio

Hello- We own video production studios and are adding a 360° green screen to one of our studios. Our goal is to create immersive presentations / lectures by allowing a presenter to walk around the 360° set with the background panning with the movement of the professor. Rather than implementing a tracking solution with sensors... we'd like to do a build out using the OSBOT Tail 2 AI camera. It leverages FreeD protocol. We have been advised to use Unreal Engine, but we are open to a simpler option for a graphic engine (per your recommendation). Our background needs are are simple. We don't necessarily need 3D... rather we wanted to design a panoramic (static) image in PhotoShop and have that background render with the tracking. For the keying, we prefer to use BMD Ultimatte. For the camera, we want to use the SDI output to run into the Ultimatte. For the graphic engine, it will run into Ultimatte as the background. So, we know the theory of what we need to do. But we need a consultant to help put it all together. We need instruction on the following (and probably more we didn't think about): 1) What type of machine we need to buy to power Unreal Engine 2) Best practices for designing pano image in PS 3) How to import a pano image from PSD into Unreal Engine 4) How to feed the Unreal Engine project to the Ultimatte 5) How to setup and integrate FreeD into the machine to "talk" to Unreal Engine Please respond with your comfort level in the technologies referenced in this project and a rough estimate of how many hours of consulting you anticipate you'll need to get us up and going.
