Job Overview: The Lemon Ad Stand is seeking a seasoned US-based Contract Salesforce Consultant to maintain and enhance our Salesforce CRM platform and the associated intake form built with Titan Form. As our current Salesforce system transitions from being managed by an external consulting company, you will serve as the subject matter expert, ensuring the platform’s continuity, stability, and functionality. Key Responsibilities: -Platform Expertise: Become the go-to expert for our Salesforce CRM platform, understanding the system’s design, workflows, and integrations as it transitions from the current external consulting company. -Maintenance & Optimization: Ensure the smooth operation of the Salesforce platform by performing regular maintenance and optimizing processes as needed (including activating/deactivating users, conducting de-duplication through Apsona, creating report and dashboards, etc.) -Bug Resolution: Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues with the Salesforce CRM or the Titan Form. -Feature Enhancements: Implement minor updates or feature enhancements to meet the evolving needs of the platform users. -Form/Survey Management: Maintain and update forms and surveys built with Titan Form to ensure seamless data flow into Salesforce. -User Support: Provide technical support and guidance to advisors who rely on Salesforce to manage client interactions and record activities. -Transition Management: Collaborate with the outgoing external consulting company to document and understand the existing system and ensure a smooth transition of responsibilities. -Documentation: Create and maintain clear, detailed documentation for system changes, updates, and enhancements to ensure transparency and knowledge continuity. Qualifications: -Salesforce Expertise: Proven experience in Salesforce administration and development. Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Platform App Builder) are strongly preferred. -Titan Form Experience: Practical experience managing and customizing Titan Forms or similar tools. -Technical Skills: Proficiency in Apex, Salesforce Lightning, Process Builder, and Flow Builder. -Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve issues efficiently. -Communication Skills: Ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical users and stakeholders. -Self-Starter: Ability to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities with minimal supervision. Preferred Qualifications: -Experience with advising or matchmaking systems is a plus. Motion graphics and video editing skills. -Familiarity with integrating third-party tools and APIs with Salesforce -Understanding of workflows related to small business advising or consulting.
