Bookkeeper for Small Internet based church community

The Church of Tzaddi is a small non-denominational spiritual community that does not have a centralized location. Our bookkeeping has historically been handled on a volunteer basis but we now need to go to a more formal relationship. The system is supported by QuickBooks on line and we would be needing quarterly reports for the Mother Church and one light center at this time. There is no payroll, audit or tax requirements with less than five 1099's. per year needed. You would work directly with the Bishop of the Church and an estimate of time would be 5-10 hours per month. The majority of the work would be entry into QuickBooks and reporting, including bank reconciliation. We would also need to send out accounts receivable and donation acknowledgments at the end of the year. The largest work load occurs in the first quarter of the fiscal year (Oct. 1) when our clergy pay their dues and file annual reports. Our plan for the future is to coordinate several data systems and we will be looking to connect the following programs: Air Table, Constant Contact, Stripe, and the Tzaddi Website. We have someone who will be handling this project but expect that there will be some overlap in coordinating the financial systems with the other programs. Since we are a metaphysical church ( i.e. non-traditional), it would be important that the working relationship be open, supportive and flexible. To learn more about us go to www.tzaddi.org. In my previous careers I handled complex administrative environments and budgets so as Bishop I have a good working knowledge of the financial landscape. However, I find the traditional profit and loss and balance sheet reports are not particularly useful for our purposes here. I would be open to making appropriate changes to the system if needed.
