Scope of work : Register our company and project in SAM.gov and assist in creating a DSBS profile Apply for Indiana’s Next Level Jobs Employer Training Grant Identify and guide us through SBA Microloan or Community Advantage Loan opportunities Maintain a folder of compliance documents (Articles, H-1B compliance, business structure) Prepare or advise on SBIR/STTR grant options for our internal product Assist in certifications: 8(a), HUBZone, WOSB (as needed) Set reminders for renewals, audits, grant tracking Coordinate with Indiana’s PTAC and SBDC on our behalf Qualifications: Proven experience with SBA loan programs, Indiana DWD grants, or federal registrations Familiar with compliance processes for small tech businesses or startups Experience supporting H-1B compliant employers is a plus Strong organizational skills and understanding of US small business regulations Freelancers based in Indiana or Midwest preferred, but not mandatory To Apply: Please include: A brief intro about your relevant experience Examples of past government support or grant applications you’ve worked on Your hourly rate or suggested engagement model Availability to start this week Thanks HR, Arrays Global LLC
