Project Overview We are seeking an experienced HR professional with specific expertise in executive compensation for the healthcare staffing industry to review and provide feedback on a CEO offer letter for our growing company. About Us We are a healthcare staffing company currently at $7M annual revenue with plans to scale to $200M within the next four years. We are in final negotiations with a highly experienced CEO candidate (20+ years in healthcare staffing) and need expert input on our proposed compensation package before presenting the final offer. Project Scope This is a short-term consulting assignment requiring approximately 5-10 hours of work.
