Role Overview Mindracer Consulting is seeking a versatile, systems-minded Project Manager with deep marketing and revenue operations experience. This contract role is designed for someone who excels in managing both fixed-scope deliverables and agile marketing initiatives. You'll work directly with executive leaders, bringing operational clarity to complex cross-functional B2B marketing and sales efforts. You'll be responsible for managing deliverables to scope and budget for fixed-fee projects while also implementing and sustaining agile methodologies for our retainer clients. You'll serve as both navigator and stabilizer—ensuring projects don't just get done, but get done right, with measurable impact on client revenue growth. Key Responsibilities Manage fixed-scope projects with clear deliverables, ensuring precise scope management, budget adherence, and timeline execution for scale-up B2B clients Establish and maintain agile cadences for retainer clients across marketing and go-to-market teams (sprints, standups, retros, and reviews) Support team members while they learn and implement agile methods within B2B revenue growth contexts Track hours, manage team bandwidth, and report on burn rate against client budgets with precision and transparency across both fixed-scope and retainer engagements Partner closely with marketing, sales, and revenue operations leads to ensure alignment with client growth objectives, KPIs, and accountability metrics Report on project health, budget status, and revenue impact metrics to the Founder and other stakeholders Monitor team health and cohesion—surfacing friction early and creating space for resolution before it stalls progress Serve as a thought partner to executive leaders, challenging with intent and offering clear, solutions-oriented recommendations grounded in B2B revenue growth best practices Identify and mitigate risks across the portfolio of client engagements, always with an eye toward delivering measurable revenue impact Compensation Competitive compensation, recognizing the significant impact of your expertise Ideal Candidate 5+ years of experience in project management with demonstrated success in both fixed-scope deliverable management AND agile environments Deep understanding of B2B marketing, sales, and revenue operations—including familiarity with common metrics, KPIs, and reporting frameworks for service businesses Experience working with scale-up B2B service companies and understanding their unique growth challenges Skilled in tools like Asana and Monday.com Adept at managing multiple project types simultaneously (fixed-scope and agile) without letting quality slip or people burn out Proven track record of delivering projects on scope, on time, and on budget while maintaining high-quality standards Calm under pressure, emotionally intelligent, and highly attuned to team dynamics Comfortable being the steady hand and the respectful provocateur—someone who can say the hard thing with care and clarity Exceptional analytical skills, with the ability to translate complex revenue data into actionable insights and strategies Strong leadership and communication skills, capable of inspiring teams and fostering a collaborative, innovative work environment Why Mindracer Consulting?
