Seeking experience in Project Management, Marketing Onboarding, Consulting, Brand Strategy, Client Communication, Meeting Facilitation, and Discovery. Hours: 5 to 30 hours a week, long term potential with fluctuation in need depending client pipeline Purpose: Client Onboarding plays a pivotal role in facilitating the smooth onboarding of new clients and involves discovery, planning and execution for brand, technical requirements, website creation, and digital channel management setup. Someone in this role acts as the primary liaison between the company and clients, this role involves managing relationships, coordinating onboarding processes, ensuring compliance, providing training, and contributing to strategic development. We are seeking proposals with the intent of a long-term partnership, with hourly need fluctuating dependent on our sales pipeline. Each Account onboarding project timeline is a minimum of 10 weeks (3-5 hours a week) with some extending to 24 weeks. Job Description: Success in this role depends on excellent organizational, communication and coordination skills, strong interpersonal awareness, and problem solving skills, extreme attention to detail, and talent guiding client contacts through technical, access, and brand discovery. We are seeking someone who excels in the following areas: 1. Shining, confident client-facing persona- someone who immediately instills confidence, creates enthusiasm and is an expert at reading their audience and understanding their needs and motivations. Onboarding can be an overwhelming and frustrating process for clients, the energy and confidence that you exude must send the message that "we are your partner, you are investing in the success of your business and we will guide you through this". 2. Social Styles awareness and ability to flex to succeed with client gatekeepers and decision makers 3. Organizational and projects management skills, experience working across multiple teams 4. Ability to communicate clearly, assertively, and promptly while at the same time setting and maintaining appropriate boundaries 5. Extremely detail oriented, talented at quality control and proofing 6. Excellent discovery skills and confidence to mine for additional information and identify conflict 7. Technical problem solving- a can-do attitude guiding client contacts and other vendors through granting access, solving DNS and domain access issues, researching and sorting through digital profiles. 8. Content & Asset collection- research, sourcing, collection and organization of content and visual assets from client contacts, from historic web and traditional presence, from source libraries. 9. Data Collection & story-telling- collect information and categorize in our data system during every client interaction, think through how to leverage and transfer this information to build and strengthen the partnership. 10. Well versed in cloud-based project management and workflow systems.
