Small Business Financial Advisor

Hello! We are a small US-based business looking to hire an hourly financial advisor who can advise us on a number of things. We have hit a growth pattern (growing 300%+ last year in sales) and are now at the time when we're looking to invest wisely, project our cash flow properly, and potentially pay ourselves as founders/owners. As we are not experts in this area, we'd like to hire someone who we can create an ongoing partnership with to advise us and help monitor our financials, more from a strategic level. While we have a CPA for bookkeeping, we need someone tailored to help strategically recommend the right path for us on a number of financial-related topics for small business startups, such as: - Cash Flow Planning / Forecasting - Salary Suggestions - Small Business Loans - Inventory Financing - Potential Investors etc. We are in the fashion retail space and are female founded/owned based in Miami, FL. We would like to work with someone passionate about helping small businesses and setting them up for success. While we are not experts, we are driven and passionate. We have a number of investors also interested in our business, and believe we need someone advocating for us.
